Hi, I hope not to be inopportune. I realize personalized cake topper and I have already created one inspired to this one with some customized details. So, if it isn’t possible to know who sells this (I think, plastic) cake topper, I suggest you to ask an artisan (and so, you can also personalize it (ex.: colors of the bouquet, of the hair, of the skin, phrase at the bottom etc.). The work is demanding and complex because is full of details and without use of mold (as instead the cake topper in the photo). Hope this help
